Consular Contact

For consular matters, including emergency travel documents and assistance abroad, please use the designated consular contact channel.

Applications & Proposals

The following may be submitted to the Ministry:

Alliance Application
Request the establishment of an official alliance with Novernia.

Treaty or Cooperation Proposal
Submit a proposal for an international agreement or partnership.

Diplomatic Inquiry
