Consular Services

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs provides consular services and assistance to Novernian citizens and, where applicable, foreign nationals.

Emergency Travel Documents

Novernian citizens who are unable to use or access their regular travel documents may be eligible to request an emergency travel document.

Emergency travel documents are issued subject to applicable Novernian requirements and verification.

Consular Assistance

The MFA may provide assistance to Novernian citizens facing difficulties abroad, including:

• Loss or theft of travel documents

• Consular emergencies

• Assistance with contacting relevant authorities

• General consular guidance

The Ministry cannot replace local authorities or provide services outside its legal authority.

Other Consular Services

Additional consular services may include document-related services, official certifications, and other assistance authorized under Novernian law.
